The trial against Hafiz Ibrahim will continue … – 702658 | Kaler Kantho

The Supreme Court has appealed the appeal brought by former BNP Hafiz Ibrahim against the Bhola-2 constituency for canceling the 100-drachmas tragedy case filed by the Commission for Combating Corruption (ACC). An earlier order was ordered to be thrown out within six months, by canceling the appeal.

Justice Md. Bench Nazrul Islam Talukder and Judge KM Hafizul Alam gave a verdict on Sunday. Attorney Churshid Alam Khan was a lawyer for ACC. Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon, Deputy Attorney General, AKM Amin Uddin Manik and Hafiz Ibrahim, were in favor of the state.

On June 13, 2007, joint forces renewed 100 volumes of corpses from three cans of Hafiz Ibrahim College in Maniram Bazar under the Tobi Department under Borhan Uddin Bholah. The case was filed with Burhanuddin police station on this day. Following an investigation on 18 January 2009, complaints were made against former State Minister for Religious Affairs Mosharraf Hossain Shahjahan, Hafiz Ibrahim, director of SM Gaznavi School, UP President Jasima Uddin Chowdhury. In this situation, on 1 October 2013, the Supreme Court remained the rule of Hafiz Ibrahim, just as the case of RUJARI, because he did not know why the case would not be canceled. After the final hearing on the rule, she was released yesterday.

It should be noted that the High Court exempted her three years in prison and a fine of Tk 50 million in the case brought on charges of detention of property information.
