President Abdel Fattah Sisi said on Tuesday that no role of armed militia in conflict countries can be accepted or acceptable to play any role in ensuring the security of the region.
It came at President Sisi's meeting before Tuesday afternoon with representatives of foreign media in Egypt, on the edge of the World Youth Forum hosted by the city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
Sisi said Egypt is supporting the Libyan army as a national army that is entitled to maintain security and order, as the continuation of the current situation attracts terrorist elements to Syria in order to break into fragile areas and endanger neighboring countries with Libya, Arabic, African, and even European countries. Though it was partly about armaments the Libyan army to strengthen its capabilities.
"The absolute will of the Egyptian people is what triggered a political course in Egypt," he said. "No country can give its fate unknown." He reiterated his message to the Arab countries to maintain the stability of their country.
