Ghana President Nana Akufo-Addo will hold a closed door meeting today with Asamoah Gyan and Andre Aye over the Black Stars Captain Series, which GHANAsoccernet.com understands.
A key meeting will be held at the Jubilee House at 14:00 GMT after the Duo arrived in their native country after Ghana won 2-0 in Ethiopia in the AFCON qualification in 2019.
The Ghanaian leader is determined to smoke the apparent tension between these two players and their allies over a continuous misconduct over the leadership of the national team.
Both Gyan and André have consistently rejected the allegations of team power struggle, but reports of concern between the two just refuse to wash.
Gyan, the most important goalman of Ghana, took the tape from Stephen Appiah.
But his government was interrupted by controversial claims that Andre Ayew undermined in his team.
He is generally worried that tensions between these two players may culminate with the team's chance to end a 36-year-old wait for an African title in Cameroon in 2019.
Ghana President Nana Akufo-Addo will meet the team captain and his deputy at the government headquarters to find a lasting solution to the endless captain's question.
