Berlin – In a lawsuit on the cruel murder of singer Sqeezer Jim Reeves, both of the defendants in Berlin were sentenced to a long term imprisonment.
Pawel A. was imprisoned for 14 years, Adam K. 13 years. They were condemned for extremely difficult killing at the same time as the most serious sexual abuse of a defenseless person.
Judge: "The homophobic mood of the accused"
Tatabil is "awful and terrible," so the president is the judge of the President of the 22nd District Criminal Court of District Court Peter Faust (63). There was a "common physical attack" on Reeves. A broken series of fractures pierced the lungs and the liver. "The cause of death was chest injury, in a stack with three chairs was no longer conscious," the judge said. The autopsy revealed severe intestinal injury. The judge then: "This suggests the homophobic mood of the defendants." After the crime they killed a killer beside their victim.
The court's conclusion was very closely followed by the prosecution, which required both defendants 14 years and six months in prison. The co-prosecutors, on behalf of several relatives, were sentenced to life imprisonment for a 14-month trial and announced that they would review it.
BILD's family lawyer: "We want condemnation for murder, we see low motives, it's an anger, the spirit behind it has not been cleansed."
