Russia's Foreign Ministry has said that on many matters regarding Israeli Prime Minister of the Moscow feudatories with the Arab world, International Interior Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to take over Israel's sovereignty over the Jordan Valley.
"Moscow is seeing a sharp reaction from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcement that he intends to include Israeli sovereignty in the Jordan Valley," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday. "The Israeli-led project, whose reality sparked conflicts in the region and damaged hopes of long-lasting passenger peace between Israeli and Israeli neighbors."
The statement stated that Russia's continued need for a "comprehensive solution to the Palestinian-Israeli wars" on the principles of the two states in the two countries and on the borders of 1967.
"The only way to resolve all issues is based on direct international law between Israel and Palestine, including the UN Security Council resolutions, the Madrid Principles and the Arab Peace Initiative." The ministry said.
