During the summer, Google has begun to test Waze news in Maps for incidents such as accidents. Now it seems that the company is using this feature with the new Google Map reporting features that many users see.
Best Gifts for Android Users
According to several Reddit users, as well Android Police tips, Google Maps for Android is testing a new reporting option. This add-on to the application allows users to report speed and crash in the navigation mode.
Unfortunately, it looks like a very early and rough test of this feature. For users who have access, it should be noted that the report creation option only appears if the application automatically pulls the interface. It is obviously happening when similar messages come, but it is not clear where the original data comes from. Google would probably add a button that allows users to report these events to the user interface when it is widely deployed.
Theoretically, adding Google Map reporting is useful for users. With such a large user base, crowd data would give some commuters a little less hectic and provide Maps with additional data to handle with other features. Hopefully, Google will continue to test this in the coming months. Please provide a comment below if this feature is live for you.
