Good news comes from cycling. With excellent results for Norte de Santander this Sunday finished the XXI Classic Caribbean, she played in Cartagena between last Friday and Sunday. The competition was organized by the Bolivar Cycling League and approved by the Colombian Cycling Federation.
At the last stage of the youth category, Norte won the victory with Andres Saavedra of Cucuta, leaving the department as the second in the overall classification of the competition. In the final table, rojinegros were also present with Michel Martinez second.
In the Elite Division, the first division of 120 kilometers was awarded to Turbaco-Arjona-Turbaco and was crowned by flying champion Jossimar Jerez from Zulia Norte Rice, who was also the third overall while Rosario Alcides Espinel was the second.
Jerez, who halted the clock in 3 hours, 13 seconds, won the pack for Angel Rivas, Juan Espinel and Bolivarense Ferney Restrepo in the first round.
